Damages & discrepancies
If an order arrives damaged, short, or incorrect, contact your account channel within 7 days with your order number and photos and we will make it right.
Research materials
Due to the nature of research materials, opened or temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned once delivered, except where required by law. This applies equally to white-label and dropship lots.
